Check in guests, view guest account, room change, checkout


HOTELMAN displays room status by making use of color codes to represent various room status like occupied, reserved, out of order, blocked and vacant. Room change is done by a simple drag and drop


Rooms are charged using the regular room rate or with a discounted rate agreed upon by management


Other processes handled by the front office cashier in this module include; outlet transactions, reversals (with the details stored in an audit trail of course), daily transactions and shift reports, view and update guest accounts


The front office manager has additional priviledges which include, initial room setup, modification of room categories and details, conference halls, defining sales outlets, rebates and city ledger management


He/She can also view average room by day reports, room statisitcs reports and forecast statistics
