Food and Beverages, Kitchen and Order Taking


Outlets can be created and removed, and items can be issued from the store to these outlets. Therefore when an item is sold, the quantity is tracked and when below reorder level, replacements are requested from the store.


The Food and Beverages form is built with a touch-screen-first approach. Which means items are arrayed on the screen as opposed to just merely listing them


The Order Taker enables customer orders to be taken using android tabs and devices and the receipts with the orders printed in the kitchen. This mean that the need for a captain order is no longer required


HOTELMAN comes with a Kitchen form where the ingredients and quantities used in preparing each meal is defined. This enables portion control and increases accountability.


Because sold items are reduced, and requested items are increased, HOTELMAN is able to ensure that the physical items in the store or outlet match that which is in the database.


Orders can be modified, transactions reversed and old transactions rebated by a supervisor. But like all other reversals, the details are stored in the Audit Trail


The reports available from the Food and Beverage section include: transactions, shift summary, daily summary and, food and beverage summary
