HOTELMAN is a Hotel Management Software, which covers all aspects of hotel operations concerning the Front Office and the Back Office.

HOTELMAN, through a Local Area Network or the Internet, will enable users from all the workstations to access and update data and view reports at real-time. It uses a very robust backend database (MS SQL SERVER) which could either be deployed locally or on the cloud, depending on your preference. The database is fast, secure, reliable and has a huge storage capacity.

Front and Back Office integration ensures that data entered at the Front Office is available for Back Office Accounting. This means that there is neither a need for the Accounts Department to reenter any data at the back office nor is there a need for any third party accounting package, as final accounts (Income Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow) are generatd with this software. Asset Register and Depreciation are also included.

Easy to use and intuitive, for example room change is done via drag-and-drop. And reports can be accessed remotely (via INTERNET) from HOTELMAN by the Owner, or whosoever is given the permission from anywhere in the world.

Audit trail captures activities carried out by users: This includes login/logout date and time, transactions posted, wrong postings reversed and so on.

HOTELMAN can integrate with certain key cards that enable third party programs (SDK). In that case, HOTELMAN will encode the key in order to make sure that only guests that check in are issued with key cards.
